Quality assurance
Three certified metrology labs. Ten industrial engineers. Zero compromises.
Quality management
Quality isn’t a department — it’s the culture. Our proprietary ERP uses barcodes on drawings and RFID tags on workpieces and employee badges to track and record every process, every step, every person involved.
Materials
All materials purchased direct from European, Japanese, and North American mills — never from third-party dealers. $2–3M of steel inventory in house at all times.

Certificates of origin — Böhler, Buderus, DEW, Gröditz, Industeel, Finkl & Hitachi Metals
Certificate of origin on every batch. Validated mill steel — never broker steel.
Premium tool steel for high-volume, high-precision applications.
Always in stock. No waiting for material — production starts when you’re ready.
Vertical integration
In-house heat treatment means total control over metallurgical quality and turnaround — no delays, no compromised confidentiality. Every cycle is monitored, recorded, and traceable. After treatment, we verify hardness on all six faces of every workpiece — and at multiple points per face on larger blocks — so each part meets its specified hardness. Our vacuum furnaces are from Ulvac of Japan.

Two Ulvac vacuum furnaces (Japan) — 1,200 kg and 500 kg per batch. Oxidation-free hardening and quenching for premium tool steels, with precise temperature control for optimal grain structure.
Stress relief and toughness optimization. Multiple tempering cycles per specification.
Surface hardening for wear resistance and extended mold life. Gas nitriding for uniform case depth.
Mobile metal analyzer (optical-emission spectrometer). Material-composition verification on every incoming steel batch — no material enters production without confirmation.
Calibration

Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer in use
Two units. Linear and angular accuracy, straightness, perpendicularity, and flatness — the gold standard for CNC machine calibration.

Contouring-accuracy verification for CNC machines. Ensures circular interpolation and path accuracy meet spec.
Schenck RoTec dynamic balancer. Ensures mechanical balance and vibration compliance for CNC spindle and machine calibration.
Quality-control equipment

Our large coordinate-measuring room

High-accuracy tactile measurement for complex 3D geometries. Sub-micron repeatability for critical mold components.

Two Wenzel CMMs, including the large-volume LH1512 (1,500×2,500×1,200 mm). Full GD&T capability with automated reporting.
High-throughput CMM (1,200×3,000×1,000 mm) for dimensional control across production.
Non-contact optical measurement for delicate and small components. Edge detection and surface analysis.

Traceability
Every component is tracked via barcode and RFID, integrated into Pro/E for complete traceability from design to delivery.
From incoming-material inspection to final CMM reports — every dimension documented, every process traceable.
